AL-QAREEB & AL-MUJEEB (The Near & The Responsive)

In Surah Hud (11:61), Allah, Al-Raheem (The Merciful), instructs Prophet Salih, peace be upon him, to tell the people that our Lord is indeed Near (Al-Qareeb) and Responsive (Al-Mujeeb).

The more we perfect our worship of our Lord, the more we draw closer to Allah and the closer Allah is to us. But Allah, Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah) is always Near - Nearer to us than we are to ourselves. We should seek repentance from our sins and return to our Lord for Allah always accepts our supplications. Allah loves to answer our pleas and we should only ask our Lord for help.
