If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please contact Inked Resistance Islamic Publishing if you want to return an item. By working directly with us, you will receive a refund much faster. Also, you could endanger your credit card account if you choose other options. The most ethical way to return items and seek a refund is to work with the merchant. We are proud of our prompt and attentive customer service and hope you will be also.
You may return an item within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received it.
To ensure speedy assistance, please first Email Us to let us know you will be returning an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Also, include your email address in the returned package. Otherwise, we may not be able to contact you by email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. Then we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Be sure to Email Us before we receive your item and include your email address in the returned package. Otherwise, we may not be able to contact you by email.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. An email receipt will be sent to you.
Wrong, Incomplete or Damaged Item
Inshallah (Allah Willing), you will not receive the wrong item, but if you do receive the wrong book, bookmark or tapestry and are returning it, please follow the instructions about returning items above. You should also Email Us to let us know. Please also nclude your email address in the returned package. Otherwise, we may not be able to contact you by email.
Due to the nature of our bookmarks and tapestries, their being one-of-a-kind, it will most likely be possible to send you the correct bookmark or tapestry since they should be in our stock. Please accept our sincere apologies for all your trouble in returning incorrect items.
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within (fifteen) 15 days of delivery for resolution at Inked Resistance Islamic Publishing.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. There will also be a US$5.00 handling fee for all returns and refunds for items sent outside of Canada, unless it is a result of an error by Inked Resistance Islamic Publishing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All shipping charges and handling fees will be paid by us in the event that the return is the result of an error by Inked Resistance Islamic Publishing. Just return the item and the shipping costs will be added to your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund or you feel it is late, please follow these steps:
First, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
